You should be able to create tokens by minting them. Only token operator should be able to mint. It's also possible to disable minting if you don’t need to produce tokens any more.Your Token may have Roles. Accounts with "MINTER" job should be able to mint new tokens. Accounts with "ADMIN" position will be able to increase or take away roles to m
